I'm happy to announce the first modest release of OpenBIL. Source available in sourceForge.net : http://sourceforge.net/projects/openbil
This first release propose a simple model to deal with flow pricing. Next minor release will offer a larger set of prices and valorization algorithms. See openbil backlog for details :
